Do I have to purchase a LEGO set in order to take part in a challenge?

No - you don't need to make any purchases to participate in LEGO Ideas challenge! We want everyone to be able to participate in our challenge.

If you don't have a sufficient collection of LEGO bricks at your disposal, then you're welcome to download the free BrickLink Studio software or use third-party digital building tools.
