Please reword "We've saved your support" (and auto create an account when FB login selected)
I've become aware that many people click support and then leave because they believe the support has been saved - "we've saved your support". People believe no further action is required because the support was saved. This is a bit misleading.
Could the message please be reworded, for example:
"Your support is PENDING. Please log in or create an account to complete your support"
Also, if someone does not have an account and clicks FB login, please auto-create the account - this can be done. And there would be no need to ask someone's age when FB can provide that information.

I‘d even remove the first sentence of your proposal. Non native speakers might not know what pending means!
„ Please log in or create an account to complete your support" -

This should be implemented right away. I lost count of how many times someone genuinely believed to be supporting my project, but it wasn't logged in.
Also, the whole process of create an account is overly complicated for someone who doesn't know Ideas works. And the sign in buttons with Facebook Google and Gmail slow down the process instead of speeding it up.
It is something that needs to be fixed asap -

I've had over 10K visits using short url and a third have supported. Somewhere in-between are people who clicked support and then left - yes it would be ideal if you could automate an account using FB login to improve the experience. I'd love to know how many people have done that!

I just wanted to say, this is very necessary. It's already a burden for people to have to sign up, and having it not automatically register their support makes it even less easy for newcomers to wind up actually supporting something. (It doesn't even leave them on the same page!) I know for a fact that 145 clicked through to my page from a link I shared. Less than 20 of those have translated to actual supports.

When a new member wants to support an idea and presses the "support" button he then needs to sign up or use he's google / facebook account. Once he's logged in most of them think that they have voted and just leave. They don't even see that a support button is still active since they were redirected to a main page.
Conclusion: please count the votes from members who signed up for the first time after pressing a "support" button on a certain idea without a need to press it again (new members just don't get it)
