How do I recover my username and/or password?

The LEGO Account login screen can help you recover both your username and password as long as you still have access to the email address you used to sign up. Note: If you already have an account, please don't set up a new one. We only allow one LEGO IDEAS account per person.

Before reading further, if you had trouble with your username, please be sure that when you enter your username, you use your LEGO Account username (formerly LEGO ID) and not your LEGO IDEAS "Display Name").

On the LEGO Account login screen, click the "Having trouble logging in?" outlined in red and follow the instructions on the subsequent screens.
