Progressively increase the goal to be achieved to get support.
Many users who have already reached 10000 supporters, could sometimes be helped by their fame, and the fact that they have many followers, so it often happens that they reach 10k with many projects, often even at the same time. One idea could be to gradually increase the goal to be achieved: the first time 10,000, then 12,000, then 15,000 then 20,000 etc ... in this way more space would be left for new designers.
In recent reviews the number of projects has steadily increased, but as Lego approves few projects each time, it may happen that interesting projects need to be discarded.
Gradually increasing the level of difficulty for those who have already reached 10k, would lead to a reduction in the number of projects in reviews, increasing the chances of success even for new users.
This would also be an incentive to participate, increasing the number of new users who want to try their hand at a project.
You could also create new badges, such as "12K club member", "15K Club member" and so on, to truly indicate the skill and rank of the most talented designers.
