    I also got the same result when I participated in the Africa Future Technology competition. The quality of the photos did not meet the standards that the review team did not specify in detail. I received the notification after the competition deadline. Photo quality, really ironic. The only thing that makes me feel better is that I don't think I'm the only contestant who suffers from this misrepresentation. To be honest, Lego would just say no, no need to be kind enough to ask me to hand in the photos again. Clearly the reviewers can't review quickly, and clearly the reviewers know that when I get the notification, the deadline has passed. I've turned in my photos three days early, and it's great that I now have a DRAFT to commemorate the infinite regrets of my first entry.
