I agree about the frustration of digital building seeming to get priority - but it's just that digital models are automatically top-notch presentation (aside from screenshots of LDD, obviously). I often build physically, then re-build it digitally and then put it on.

I think maybe a 1000 or even 10k projects supported badge would be better...

This makes sense, but the team would still have to re-imagine it and make instructions, and by then they might as well make the set!
Maybe DIGITAL models yes.

Yes. I agree. But maybe also separate computer edited entries, as a lot of people, though they have a decent camera, still don't have good editing programs. But exactly. I hate losing all the time because I don't enter a digital model. XD

But, if they've won more than twice - not counting runners up - surely they have enough LEGO bricks/sets? I have a fair collection, but the grand prizes are outstanding! I've been entering LEGO contests for around 5 years now - and NEVER ever ever won a single one! My entry to the Replicate Your Heroic Minifigure Battle was massive, and the biggest thing I've ever built, but nope! Just because someone doesn't have fancy computer editing features means that the presentation is less powerful and the judges don't regard it as highly! I'm sorry - I've been quite stern - but I do think that over FIVE times is a little too much - -and my suggested badge would be THE rarest one that is available NOW. ---Of course, I exclude the LEGO House contest from theses statements---

Noooo!
I'll never get my projects to the goal if it's that high. However, maybe if you were to put up an existing Licensed Theme, it would take 50,000 supporters to make it to the review...
